I attended the adult gymnastics class at the gymnastics club twice a week and I can’t praise it enough. At my age I thought I was well beyond me to join a gymnastics class. I was wrong. I felt welcome by the staff and other members, the atmosphere was very friendly and encouraging. Training was set at a good level to allow me to improve at my own custom pace. The advice given was invaluable to ensure I did not overexert or injure myself. I got a feeling of achievement and best of all I saw results in both my fitness levels and my waste line. I can highly recommend this class for anyone who wants to get back into fitness or increase their fitness levels.
